Belgrade Plaza is the largest and most exciting mixed use scheme in Coventry in recent years and it is an integral part of the regeneration of the city centre including the Ikea store.

The estimated project value is £150 million and it will generate in excess of 300 new permanent service sector jobs in the bars, restaurants, hotels and car park as well as 1000 construction jobs during the building period.

This three acre site was acquired from Coventry City Council in 2005. The first phase of development involved the creation of an awardwinning 1091 space carpark that will serve the needs of the finished development. The car park was judged a winner at the British Car Parking Awards 2007.

The construction of the second phase of development began in September 2007. This phase comprises of a 200 bedroom 4 stars plus Radisson Edwardian Hotel with extensive conferencing facilities, Premier Travel Inn, Gala Casino, bars/restaurants and 64 one and two bedroom apartments. Phase Two is testament to our ability to pre let commercial units thereby reducing risk and assisting in the securing of bank funding.

In the next twelve months the construction of the third and final phase of residential development (circa 150 units) is due to begin including the construction of twelve rented apartments to replace those units lost by the demolition of the former block together with fifty one further affordable shared ownership apartments.
