Leamington Spa’s largest vacant building is ready to be filled again after being put up to let.

The Trinity Street Storage Warehouse on Queensway, approximately two miles from both Leamington and Warwick town centres, has been used for storage and distribution for a number of years.

The property has strong transport links, located in a prominent position on Queensway within 300 yards of the junction of Queensway and Europa Way – the latter being the A452 link to Junctions 13, 14 and 15 of the M40.
