The Swan Business Centre - Buckingham

The development is the fifth in a line of successful small business unit schemes that allow local companies to purchase as well as rent new premises.

Similar schemes have been successfully completed in Coventry, Stratford and an earlier, nearby, scheme in Buckingham.

The opportunity arose as a result of the success of the earlier Buckingham scheme, known as Angelvale, being oversubscribed. On the back of that success we tasked our agents with finding us similar opportunities.

The scheme represents one of the key strengths of Deeley Group. Working with our sister company Deeley Construction, we were able to plan and build the development in a little over nine months. In that time we had sold eight of the units achieving sales values in excess of £115 per sq. ft.

The scheme comprises 11 business units ranging in ground floor area from 2,450 to 4,010 sq. ft. with each unit able to accommodate an occupier specific internal layout. The units are fully serviced and each unit includes windows at first floor level to facilitate the installation of first floor offices.

Key to the success of these schemes is our willingness and ability to offer freehold sales,
as well as lease deals and the legal package is honed to make the process as simple as buying
a home.

The scheme contributed greatly to the continued success and expansion of a number of locally based companies who specialise in the motorsport and related industries.
