Similar schemes have been successfully completed in Coventry, Stratford and an earlier, nearby, scheme in Buckingham. The opportunity arose as a result of the success of the earlier Buckingham scheme, known as Angelvale, being oversubscribed. On the back of that success we tasked our agents with finding us similar opportunities.
