Angelvale - Buckingham

The development was the first in a line of successful small business unit schemes that allowed local companies to purchase as well as rent new premises.

Similar schemes have been completed successfully in Coventry, Stratford and a later, nearby, scheme in Buckingham.

The opportunity arose as a result of our sister company’s relationship with an engineering company who had some spare land that they no longer required for their expansion plans.
The scheme represents one of the key strengths of Deeley Group. Working with our sister company Deeley Construction, we were able to plan and build the development in a little over nine months. In that time we had sold eight of the units achieving sales values in excess of £95 per sq. ft.

The scheme comprises 14 business units ranging in ground floor area from 2,502 to 5,664 sq. ft. with each unit able to accommodate an occupier specific internal layout. The units are fully serviced and each unit includes windows at first floor level to facilitate the installation of first floor offices.

Key to the success of these schemes is our willingness and ability to offer freehold sales, as well as lease deals and the legal package is honed to make the process as simple as buying a home.
At the completion of the scheme, amongst other occupiers, we had a web-based martial arts equipment sales centre relocating from Milton Keynes, a specialist engineering company relocating from Chalgrove and a newly formed consultancy specialising in high performance electronic and electrical engineering solutions within the automotive sector.

Quote freom the local MP - Mr Bercow said: “This is now a great site, which has certainly changed since my first visit.
“Building units like this is certainly providing for a growing number of companies looking to invest long term in freehold properties.
“The development should prove to be a strong draw to out-of-town firms looking to relocate, or local businesses looking for a change.
“I wish the whole development every possible success. It shows a tremendous amount of faith in Buckingham and the sub-region.”
