Deeley Properties is the property acquisition, development and investment arm of Deeley Group. We currently have more than ?500 m of schemes under development. Over the last 10 years we have created in excess of 1.5 m sq ft of commercial space and generated almost 10,000 jobs across the UK.

In recent years Deeley Properties has gone from strength to strength increasing its presence both locally and nationally. Through a series of debt funded speculative and pre-let developments, along with a series of strategic joint ventures, Deeley Properties and its Partnerships now have work in progress of over £500 million.

Our expertise remains the delivery of all aspects of commercial property including retail, office, industrial, leisure and mixed-use developments some of which are illustrated here.

Most of these schemes are built on derelict brownfield sites and breathe new life into deprived urban areas. As a result we have built up considerable experience of developing technically challenging sites.

We have completed office projects at Harwell, Southampton, Nuneaton and Coventry, industrial projects in Buckingham and Coventry, retail projects in Coventry and Cannock and mixed-use schemes in Derby, Leamington Spa, Birmingham and Coventry.

Built on the solid foundations of Deeley Group we recently celebrated our 70th anniversary and our move to a new headquarters building has cemented our future.

Our approach is flexible when working with clients, funders, investors and end-users and we have established long-lasting relationships which we value along the way. We also believe that by working with local communities we take into account social and economic issues as part of our development process.

Through Deeley Properties we have a major investment in Trinity Street Storage Ltd based in Leamington Spa and Nuneaton. This facility provides nearly 300,000 sq.ft. of commercial storage close to the heart of the UK's motorway network.
