The first homes on Deeley’s stylish waterside development at Merchants Court in Diglis Road, in Worcester, are being launched.

The three apartments are on sale at the offices of Premier Places from Saturday June 7, allowing prospective buyers to view the plans for the scheme.

The first homes will be available for sale off plan – with a starting price of £209,950 – for a luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment which are nestled alongside the Birmingham and Worcester canal in the centre of the city.
