Deeley Construction is being employed by developer Quadrant Estates to create a new 33,000 sq. ft neighbourhood centre, which will include a children's nursery, medical centre and 9 flexible retail units. The project will also provide good levels of associated customer car parking and landscaping. Located just off Junction 9 of the M20, Deeley Construction tendered for the Eureka Place contract back in July 2007 and it is just one part of the overall construction and development in progress at this exciting new 300,000 sq.ft development in Ashford, Kent.
