Eureka Place, Ashford, Kent

Part of the modern overall development to Eureka Park, Eureka Place is to provide 33,000 sq. ft of amenity space to benefit the new business park occupiers as well as the local community.

Deeley Construction is being employed by developer Quadrant Estates to create a new 33,000 sq. ft neighbourhood centre, which will include a children's nursery, medical centre and 9 flexible retail units.  The project will also provide good levels of associated customer car parking and landscaping.

Located just off Junction 9 of the M20, Deeley Construction tendered for the Eureka Place contract back in July 2007 and it is just one part of the overall construction and development in progress at this exciting new 300,000 sq.ft development in Ashford, Kent.

This is a modern development, imaginative in architectural style, sitting comfortably in a park land setting and being built with high quality materials to provide new amenities to both the new business park owners as well as the local community.
