After joining Costains as a Management Trainee Peter obtained his professional quantity surveying and construction qualifications and also gained experience with Birmingham City Architects Department and other contractors.

Peter became Managing Director of G W Deeley Limited in 1975 and was appointed to the Main Board of Deeley Group in 1979.

Under Peter’s guidance the company concentrates on design and construction and has carried out a diverse range of projects including industrial, commercial, retail, housing and public buildings including schools and colleges.

Married with a son and two daughters Peter’s sporting interest of golf (played badly) and speedway (just spectating) are tending to play second fiddle to his grandchildren.

Mike became a director in 1974 and then Deputy Managing Director in 1998.

For the last 6 years Mike has been running the Aylesbury Division of G W Deeley Ltd.

Outside work, Mike has a keen interest in cycling both competitive and leisure, but unfortunately the pedals have not been pushed around recently.

He is also a keen traveller and is viewing a construction wonderland on his visits to Dubai to visit his new grandson.

Clive joined G W Deeley in 1974 as a Quantity Surveyor responsible for large industrial and contract housing projects before a stint working for the Overseas Division in Saudi Arabia on commercial projects.

Between 1982 and 1986 he worked on Industrial and Commercial projects with responsibilities for Tendering and Surveying and in 1985 was appointed Divisional Manager for Special Projects generally within the Motor Industry.

In 1986 Clive was appointed Director / General Manager of newly acquired subsidiary company Bonsor & Wilding Ltd based in Northampton undertaking Maintenance and Project Work primarily for Marks & Spencer and in 1990 was appointed a Director of G W Deeley Ltd when Bonsor & Wilding amalgamated within G W Deeley and the Northampton Division established.

Away from the office Clive has a keen interest in golf and has enjoyed playing on many foreign courses whilst on holiday.

Martin joined G W Deeley Limited as a Trainee Surveyor in 1988.

During his training within the company, Martin obtained an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Central England in Birmingham, as well as becoming a Professional Member of The Chartered Institute of Building and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

He has progressed from Trainee Surveyor through to his current role of a Director of G W Deeley Limited - responsible for the Coventry office.

During his 20 years with the company Martin has gained vast experience of many projects including residential, office, commercial and industrial schemes involving both new build and refurbishment work.

Married with a son - who takes up most of his time!  His sporting interests are limited to watching Coventry City fight yet another relegation battle.
