Major deal completed on Earlsdon apartments
Deeley has completed a major deal on a collection of apartments in Earlsdon.
Leamington-based Jephson Housing Association Group has bought 12 homes at Cassidy Development’s Warwick Court scheme in Earlsdon Street.
The properties have been handed over by Deeley Construction - the contractor on the development - and the first residents are expected to move in later this year.
A further 52 apartments are being created at Warwick Court along with two retail units and the development is beginning to take shape.
Hannah Woodall, of Jephson, said: “This is a great location at the heart of Coventry.
“We are pleased with the quality of the end-product from Cassidy Developments and Deeley Construction.”
Jephson Housing Association Group manages 15,000 homes throughout the country, which are either rented or sold through low cost shared ownership schemes to people in housing need.
Steve Turner, of Deeley Construction, said: “It’s great news to complete such a major deal here and there is every confidence that Warwick Court will go onto be a huge success.”
Deeley Construction is currently building the latest phase of the Belgrade Plaza development – a major mixed use scheme – in the city centre.
