The development allows a one-way vehicular access around the unit in order to enable orders to be taken and provided via a drive-thru facility.
For drive-thru customers, the order point has been located to the south of the building, together with a separate pickup window on the west.
Customer parking has been provided to the north and east of the building, which is being built on an existing car-park on the site. Due to the close proximity of a food restaurant and bowling alley, a traffic management system was put in place to ensure the safety of the general public and our workforce.
The 1,894 sq. ft. coffee shop has a modern contemporary design, with large areas of glazing, grey powder coated panels and outdoor seating for customers.
