The Plot 1300 development sees us carry out our fifth development in partnership with A C Lloyd.
Plot 1300 sits on Tachbrook Park, a site that has been developed over the last two decades to comprise a 132 acre premier business park. This 2.4 acre site consists of 15 no. units totalling 30,173 sq. ft. with B1, B2 – B8 Pre Let units.Each unit of circa 2,000 sq. ft. has been design to be made bespoke to the future tenants and their needs. Due to the close proximity to existing business units on 3 sides of the site, great care and consideration was made to ensure their business remained unaffected. One aspect to reduce the impact on these businesses was to introduce a ground stabilisation process therefore reducing the number of wagons on the business park roads. Through our value engineering we saved the removal of 3,000 m3 of material which would be the equivalent to 375 journeys.
We have seen high demand for these units ever since they hit the market and before practical completion nearly all of the units had been let or sold.
The final unit has now been taken up and it’s clear there is a need for commercial space of this type in Warwick.
The development has gone well. We have a great working relationship with Deeley Construction and look forward to working with them on another project in the near future.
